January 2018 Steve started his actor's foundation course with the Mersey Academy of Drama . One of the workshops was to create a character and then to go in to that character and improvise with other characters for one hour. Steve created this character: Great Uncle Eric Clayton, a music teacher from Lambeth. This gave Steve valuable experience in acting as an older person with a Cockney accent.
